The draw for the group stages of the 2018/19 Europa League will take place on Friday, with the likes of Sevilla, Villareal, Arsenal and Chelsea all waiting to discover their fate.

A number of tasty draws could come to pass, with Real Betis sitting in pot three alongside last season's runners-up Marseille and European giants AC Milan occupying a place in pot two.

The 42 entrants to this seaosn's competition have been split into four seeding pots, with one side from each pot to make up each of the 12 groups.

The pot seedings have been based on the club coefficients from the last five years.

As in the Champions League, clubs from the same country cannot play each other at this stage, whilst teams from Russia and Ukrainemay also not be drawn together.

Whatsmore, for countries with two or more representatives, clubs have been paired together to ensure that the games involving those teams are split across the two different kick-off times (18:55 CET and 21:00 CET).

Here are The pairings:

  • Sevilla & Real Betis
  • Arsenal & Chelsea
  • Zenit & Spartak Moskva
  • Dynamo Kyiv & Vorskla
  • Beşiktaş & Fenerbahçe
  • Salzburg & Rapid Wien

  • Marseille & Bordeaux
  • Celtic & Rangers
  • RB Leipzig & Eintracht Frankfurt
